Despite a strong rise in views and reach, XS Power struggled to convert this visibility into website traffic due to a poor social media strategy. Our social media experts optimized content strategy across both platforms. For Facebook, the boost in reach was driven by a well-timed content mix including Reels, polls, and UGC. To improve traffic, we used stronger CTAs, link stickers in Stories, and pinned posts. A weekly posting structure was introduced to stabilize engagement patterns. On Instagram, we utilized video formats, interactive content, and customer testimonials to convert the reaches into follows.

Our revamped social media marketing approach brought remarkable growth across Facebook and Instagram. A well-structured posting schedule, engaging formats like Reels and UGC, and interactive elements helped drive stronger audience engagement. While visibility improved significantly, the strategy also highlighted key areas to refine, especially around link-driven actions and follower conversions for deeper, long-term performance.
